How to save for a car?

I'm 16 and have a weekend job(Friday-Sunday) as a host at Applebees.And I am looking to start saving for a car to buy or put down a down payment in about 5-6 months.I make about $400-430/month and the car is $3,250(2000 Cadillac Seville). I still want a little spending money but what is a good amount to put away every check to buy this car in 5-6 months?
