What are the laws/punishments regarding providing alcohol to minors in New York state?

I know NY is one of the more lenient states in this field, but I can't seem to find precise info on it. For instance, say you're hosting a party where there are minors consuming alcohol. What would be the punishment for those over 21 (or would there even be any)? Or what if it is proven that someone over 21 supplied alcohol to a minor, what would be the usual punishment?
