NSF for prossing fee orchard credit card?

It all depends if the transaction was returned or paid by the bank. In some cases, the bank will go ahead and let the transaction go through. Take a look closely at your statement/account history. Did the funds leave the account, or did they simply stay in there and you were charged a fee?
