What was that movie with alexis bledel? HBO?

About two years ago over the summer I believe, I watched a movie maybe on HBO or showtime about a girl who was staying in Italy over the summer with relatives or family friends and fell in love. The main love scene at the end was the girl losing her virginity in an olive orchard. I think Alexis Bledel was in it but it doesn't match up to the listings on IMDB. Anyone know?
